The soldered circuit connections are as follows (click to enlarge image):

NeoPixel strip + -> FLORA VBATT
NeoPixel strip - -> FLORA GND
NeoPixel strip center data pin -> FLORA D6

Electret mic VCC -> FLORA 3.3V
Electret mic GND -> FLORA GND
Electret mic OUT -> FLORA D9
