My first introduction to Bristlebots... was way back in 2007 - it's amazing to see the variety of creations grown from the roots of that project.
Here is my variation on a theme.
The materials / tools list is pretty short...
- Soldering Iron / Solder
- Flush Wire Cutters
- Needlenose Pliers
- 22AWG Solid-core Wire
- Pager Motor
- CR2032 Battery
- Googly Eyes
- Zip Ties
- Hot-glue / Super Glue
From start to finish, it shouldn't take more than 1/2 hour to 3D print your parts and assemble a Vibro-bug.
Small and simple projects... can be great fun!
