Join blade parts

Use M2x12mm long screws to join each half of the blade parts.

Pre-drill the screws to make it easier to align the ends.

Press fit nOOd 

Place the silicone wire in the blade channel, under the nOOd strip to hold it in place.

Align the strip so the strip faces the same direction through out the blade.

Take care when press fitting the strip where the two ends are soldered . 

Mount Slide Switch

The slide switch press fits at an angle into the cut out above the TPS board stand offs.

Mount TPS board

Use M2.5x6mm screws to mount the board to the standoffs in the handle.

Attach blade to hilt

Use M2x12mm screws to attach each completed blade half to the hilt. 

Pre-drill the screws into the blade base to make it easier to align to the screw holes on the hilt.

Hilt slit

Press fit the wires into the slit on the handle. Guide the ground wire and nOOd strip into the cavity.

Connect nOOd

Insert the + end of the nOOd into the + terminal block. 

The ground wire is inserted into the - terminal block.

Gently pull each wire to insure the terminal block has a good grip on the wire ends.

Mount lipo battery

Insert the battery into the built-in holder with the wire end first.

Pass the wire through the cutout on the holder and route the wire to the side.

Connect battery

Connect the lipo battery into the JST wire. Route the JST socket to the side of the holder to allow the to halves to close.

Join handle and blade halves

Align the two halves. Carefully push the JST wires into the handle to avoid them getting pinched while joining both handles.

The blades are attached with M2x5mm screws.

The handle is joined with M2x12mm screws.

The handle pommels are attached with three M2x8mm screws.
