The speakers are wired directly to the +L/-L and +R/-R pins on the PCB.

Pro Trinket Lipo Backpack

The Pro Trinket lipo backpack is wired to the following pins. The slideswitch is wired to the two pins for power.

G - G
Bus - 5V
