The battery pack & terminal block are not weatherproof! You'll need to take additional steps to weatherize this project if they will be exposed to the elements!
While these steps are optional, protecting your circuit will increase its survival when exposed to the elements. Use some or all of these steps for your project.
Vinyl and duct tapes provide some level of moisture resistance. I like black vinyl tape and clear gorilla tape the most!
