There are a few steps required to get your Feather M4 board ready to light your snowboard:

  1. Update to the newest version of the CircuitPython operating system, so your board appears as a drive on your computer called CIRCUITPY
  2. Download and install a few libraries into the /lib folder on your CIRCUITPY drive
  3. Download and customize the code using the Mu editor (or another text editor), so the pixel setup lays out correctly on your snowboard
  4. Save the code as a file called code.py at the root of your CIRCUITPY drive
