Use the included zip ties or strong heavy-duty thread to attach the front panel to the glasses frames.
Plug the controller board in with the included STEMMA connector.
Attach the controller to the left ear piece using strong thread or zip ties. I sewed mine on, and it slid around a bit so I also added a piece of double-stick tape to help it stay in place.
That's all there is to it.
The other piece of this puzzle is what to do with the battery pack. Plug it into the board using the included extension cable and it will reach over your ear and down to a shirt pocket. The pack has a clip on it, so it can also be clipped to your outfit.
