# ItsyBitsy ESP32 wFL case

## wFL Case
3D Print an enclosure to fit the ItsyBitsy ESP32. This case features mounts and port openings for a wFL antenna, STEMMA boards, and header access!
## STEMMA Mounts
Fit sensors and more on the front vents for easy mounting!
## Header Access
Quickly prototype projects with jumper cables or on a breadboard with header access on the case!
## Web Workflow
ItsyBitsy ESP32 does not have native USB support - instead, there's a USB to serial converter chip. This means it _cannot_ act like a USB keyboard or mouse, but it does have Bluetooth BLE and BT classic, so you can use it wirelessly!

# ItsyBitsy ESP32 wFL case
## 3D Printing
## 3D Printed Parts
STL files for 3D printing are oriented to print "as-is" on FDM style machines.
Parts are designed to 3D print without any support material using PLA filament.

## Slice with Settings for PLA material
The parts were sliced using CURA using the slice settings below.
- PLA filament 200c extruder
- 0.2 layer height
- 10% gyroid infill
- 60mm/s print speed
- 60c heated bed
# ItsyBitsy ESP32 wFL case
## Assemble
## Place board
Align the USB port to the cutout on the case.
Carefully apply light pressure to seat the board in the case.
Use 2 M2.5x6mm screws to fasten the bracket over board to the case.
## STEMMA
Optionally, use nylon standoffs, screws, and nuts to secure STEMMA boards to the vents on the lid part.
## Attach Lid
Align the nubs on the sides of the case to the snap fit parts on the lid to fit together.
## Antenna
Mount a wFL antenna with the included nuts to the cutouts on the case.
