Select the gift certificate you would like to purchase and add it to your cart.

If you would like a gift certificate for a different amount than listed, purchase a combination of gift certificates that add up to the desired amount.

For example, to purchase a gift certificate for $25:

• Select a quantity of 1 $20 Gift certificates and add it to your cart.
• Next, select a $5 Gift Certificates and add it to your cart as well.

When you're finished shopping, proceed to checkout.

During checkout, you will be prompted to provide information about the Gift Certificate Recipient. Please double check this section before clicking "save and continue." We use this information to pass the gift certificate along to the recipient!

Please enter the recipient's name, email address, gift givers name and a short message in the specified boxes.

You're all set! Please submit your order.

Adafruit transmits all gift certificates via email in the format of the sample shown above.

If you receive an Adafruit Gift Certificate to your inbox, there are two ways two redeem it.

1. Click and follow the link in the email sent to you.
2. Redeem the gift certificate using the code included in the email.

This will take you to the store's Redeem Gift Certificate page. You will then be requested to create an account. You must create an account before the Gift Certificate can be validated. Once the account is created, the GC will be placed in your Account ready for you to spend it on whatever you want.

Redeem the gift certificate during checkout using the code included in the email.

During Step 1 of the checkout process, there will be a box to enter a gift certificate or discount code. Enter the Code there and click Apply. The code will be validated and the amount added to your Gift Certificate Account. You can then use the amount to purchase any item from our store.

If the gift certificate has been successfully redeemed to your account, the amount will appear during Step 4 of the checkout process, Payment Information.

Please select SAVE AND CONTINUE and the amount will be applied to your order.

If you wish to use the gift certificate at another time, please change the amount in the box to the amount 0.00.

Please follow these steps if you would like to send all or part of your Adafruit Gift Certificate to someone else from your Account!

Please log in to you Adafruit account and click on the "My Account" tab in the upper right corner.

On your account page, select "Manage Gift Certificates."

Next, select "Send Gift Certificate" and enter in the following info:

The Recipient's Name, email address, the amount, and a personal message.

Then click SEND.

On the next page you will be able to preview you your message.

To send the gift certificate, select CONFIRM.

The next page displays your current gift certificate balance at Adafruit.
