Usage

Changing Time

Press and hold down rotary wheel until LED display blinks
Rotate rotary wheel to desired hour
Press and hold to save hour and switch to minutes
Rotate rotary wheel to desired minutes
Press and hold until LED display stops blinking to save time and exit
