Cut and Solder
The process of soldering the Power Backpack to the Trinket Pro is thoroughly coverd in this tutorial. I'd just like to remind you that you've got to cut the trace indicated in the image above to be able to turn the ring on and off using the slide switch.
Once your backpack is soldered to your board, cut the pins sticking up out of the board with some wire cutters to keep everything neat.
